Sober. Of course, now I have a cold and lost my voice but overall things are going well. Beat the booze, took a physical and my cholesterol is normal again (have always been pretty healthy) and replaced my evening drink with a cup of warm tea and/or frozen yogurt and 30 minutes of meditation.
