Day three much easier for some reason!
read books to kids laughed a lot more. Definitely got irratated around 4 and had headache but feeling less down. Super nervous to be around certain friends I dont want to make a big deal about me being sober but if I'm too chill I might give in.
Ordered Allen Carr's book that I think will be helpful.
