Duane, I have been clear headed and fully present with my kids and at work, training for a half marathon, although the flu messed up my training schedule a little bit. I have lost 12 pounds, and I have lost that ever attractive red face and glassy eyed look. All of the everyday stresses of life are still there, but I am dealing with them rather than avoiding or postponing them.
