Hi Lionhearted. Yes, those feelings are the feelings of your Beast. Any and all thoughts around those feelings of anxiety of not drinking and of feeling anxious about not drinking, all those ideas and images are indeed your AV.
The part of you that dosen't want to drink, and feels good about not drinking, that is all YOU.
