An 18 pack a day in the end for me, last day I had 30, I quit cold turkey without any real health issues, but I recently lost a friend that died after quitting, she said she wanted to find what I had found (sobriety), 3 days later she was gone.
As other have stated, I wish you the best, determination can be your best sobriety tool, but be careful.
