I truly appreciate the concern but if someone says I will definitely do myself harm then I suppose I will have to change my plans. I have a job that means I simply cannot drink for a full 24 hours plus the following days work. This only happens maybe once every 2 months but I feel I am lucky that I am more or less forced into the first stages of a quit just by my working routine. I have never felt ill or strange during these periods so I am willing to chance it I think.
