I agree with what you were saying. Obviously, I have the all or nothing personality. That's the way it has been for a long time. All or nothing drinking, all or nothing drugs, all or nothing video games. That's just the way it's been.
I like what you said about focusing 100%. And how others said balance will just naturally happen if you are working the program.
I guess I am just trying to FORCE things to happen. Trying to FORCE good things to happen as a result of my recovery. Guess it's time to realize that it ain't gonna happen on my terms. It will happen when it happens. I probably won't even realize it until it's already in place, either. I am probably so used to the chaos with everything that I don't really know what just "living a life" is like.
