Apparently it is automatic if you get two DUIs in a 5 year period, which I did. Strange that I am against impaired driving....yet my past behaviour has obviously contradicted my belief system and made me a hypocrite. At least no one was hurt. That would be much much worse.
you scared me there, i got one but was in 2004. jail would really suck. ive done a couple of overnighters. but i was always in my own cell. dont know how it works for the weekend thing. hope it goes alright.
