I don't want to carry hurt or anger in my heart anymore
There is just no room or place for it. Recovery is like a full time job. I can not hang on to fears and resentments and get anywhere. I realize as I sober how much I was carrying around like useless heavy baggage I would not let go of. If you are not taking a certain journey anymore you don't need the luggage. Someone once said angels fly because they travel lightly.
