Well today I have the flu so in addition to feeling pretty awful due to this detox / withdrawl stuff, I am also just sick - fever, sore throat, cough, etc.
I'm so miserable I am barely hanging on today. I just don't want to feel this awful anymore. It is torture.
Day 5 right around the corner ... I hope I can make it. I'm fighting some insane urges to bolt out this door and go "get well".
