Do Not Go To The Store. Just stay away from it. If you are having an urge to drink, stay away from where you would go to buy it. Do something to distract yourself, stay on SR, if possible. Eat, sleep, watch T.V., read if you can concentrate. Do whatever will keep you occupied until the urge passes.
