Oh and I'm not sure if this is inspiring to you, but my thought today is that the only thing we can handle right now is "now." The past is gone and the future is unknown. If I do the right thing now, I know I can't possibly ever regret it. AVRT puts heavy emphasis on staying in the "right now."
