Depends on what you call normal. The exhaustion left me after about 2-3 weeks. But living normally, well, I don't really know what that is. Because I spent the last 20+ years boozing it up. So that was normal to me. I feel like I have two lives. The pre-drinking one and the non-drinking one. I think it takes a good year to get your bearings and feel totally solidified in the new life.
