Bad days in recovery are simply just bad days in recovery. The beauty of it is that we have the power to change what happens the next day. Whenever I have a bad day I just remind myself that it was just that day, and that moment was bad. Then I kinda let it go and think about what I will do the next day that will prevent me from having a bad day. Obviously sometimes, well the majority of the time stuff happens that you have no control of. But you do have control of how you react to them. I have found that taking this little bit of power and exercising has helped me greatly.
