It's okay, go ahead and have a beer. You can have one, it'll be fine. Maybe even two, not a problem.
I'm so thankful for my sober friends and AA members for getting me through a rough day yesterday. It was a close call, that is for sure but I am still sober and stronger for have gotten through it.
