Hi Tara....you actually brought tears to my eyes when I read your post. I was you 18 days ago. I was drinking near 2 pints a day and have been an alcoholic for over 20 years. As of late things got much much worse. But I created a profile just like you did and here I am today...sober and healthier. You came to the right place...keep coming here, read, post, chat in the chat room whatever you need to do to make it easier. It is wonderful that you have great support and a FIL that knows all too well about what you are going through. You can do this and I felt your want. Like you I was done.
