I hear ya, I think that was directed at me too! Well anyhow if your doctor gave it to you then that's your call to take it.
I hope today is better and everyday getting easier. I'm actually making a turkey dinner tonite since I wasn't into it last weekend , so days are getting brighter but still struggling with sleep. We just have to be patient. It's going to get better
