Every morning my alarms goes off at 5.30am, I get up and just walk for an hour with my music on, it sets up my day and the music inspires me.
Last week an old ankle injury flared up and I missed two mornings, those days just didn't seem right, so the next day, ache or not, I went for a walk again, helps to think things through. I walk on average 70 to 80 miles a week now, I feel great after a good walk with good music.
