Prayers, prayers, prayers of comfort for you. Limbo is a horrible place to be. I can only say that I am mentally walking with you through this time.
I too have taken my son's dog. I've had her for several years now. Even though I am not aware of it every day, I am pretty sure there are times when I physically love on that dog in a way I wish i could physically love on my AS.
Our lives are a level road with culverts on each side. To the left are the heartaches in our lives and to the right are the blessings. Each day walking that level road we encounter the heartaches and the blessings. No day is without each, but on any given day the left side of the road could demand more of our attention than the right.
This too shall pass.
