Good Morning my Friends!
Day 8 here...I have 1 full week under my belt!! Although, just barely, I was on a very slippery slope yesterday. But thanks to my SR family (a special thx to you, SFMS) & trying out the 'urge surfing', I made it through just fine. Sobrietygrl, Marjoram, Evan & WWG...so proud of you that you pushed through too!! Much better mood this morning, I know that if I would've given in, the disappointment would be overwhelming me right now, instead, I feel full of energy & ready to face the day.

Jimuk, cograts on day 12! Although I'm not too far behind, it seems like ages away. Taking it 1 day at a time for sure.
