You've been given some good advice. You already know some the AVRT terminology—have you taken the crash course online? Read one or more of the books? That is correct, right? Are you ready to quit once and for all? No more of this weekend warrior business? Because I don't believe there's no such thing as being a non-drinker some days, and a drinker other days. You're a drinker the whole time. You're feeding the Beast two days a week, enabling him to stay strong the rest of the week.
