102 days in and Feeling rough
Hello all. I am 102 days clean from suboxone today and I must say I am feeling pretty crumby. I keep crying and I have bad anxiety. I heard this is from coming off the drug and its long half life causing it for you to take so long to heal. My mind keeps telling me," This is horrible. It will never get better. It will only get worse. You cant do it. Your going to have to use." I combat it by saying these are only feelings they cant kill me, but using can. I got a SMART recovery book on its way in the mail, and I am attending a meeting this week. I just want to make it through this. I never want to use again.
