yeah if you're a drinker like me there is no way to learn control.
If there was, there'd be no need for sites like this or organisations like AA.
I'm sure you've tried before.
You either have the control or you don't I'm afraid.
I couldn't take a 'night off' and drink...last time I did that I spent the next two years drinking all day everyday (no exaggeration).
The only way I can control my drinking is not to drink alcohol at all Troy.
