Hi, Feta. Welcome. It sounds like you are going through some major withdrawals and that really sux. I'm sorry. :-( I can promise you that it does get better. I'm 10 days sober and each and every day is a blessing, trust me. Soon you will be able to sleep and the panic attacks should disappear without the alcohol poisoning your system. Keep posting.
