Hey, fellow Z-person! Congratulations on one week plus! I've long said 7 days ought to have a chip or keytag. Like Kellie (I think) said, don't be mad at yourself. It's not your fault you have this yucky disease. Be grateful that you are clean today. We CAN do it (the operative word being "we")!
