I've read so many scary things that can happen to people when they quit cold turkey, that I've been scared to do it. Thinking that I should wean myself off of alcohol? Or maybe that's just an excuse...just fooling myself. I'm beginning to believe the latter. It's hard to look yourself in the mirror.
