Insomina ans terrible sweating is common with me the first few days. Also waking every hour. It will pass and when it does, you'll be shocked at how well you sleep. WAY better than the "passed out" sleep.

To be honest, The couple glasses of wine might be hurting your sleeping more than helping. Try drinking plenty of water and a cup of hot tea before bed.
