You sound like my mirror image twin (aside from the lawyer part, but I am a Career Practicioner and deal with all walks of life) I'm in the public eye as well with my Government position, it's damn hard to deny a client due to drugs or alcohol to give them a chance to take care of their addiction when I'm no better!
