In answer to pointing out fresh track marks: Looking shocked at me. Looking around shocked at his arms, hands, the sky, etc. Having to have the marks "pointed out". Looking shocked at the marks. Looking shocked while poking, scratching, or generally pawing at marks in a totally "I'm shocked" fashion. And ultimately shrugging and shaking his head with an "I'm shocked" look on his face. All while high.
