i think its ok to have one or more sponsors...i have a sponsor and then the whole "home" group...my sponsor works during the day, and sometimes i dont...so i have many in my group i can call...i have one lady that is older and wiser than moi...(teehee) but only a few that are my age...but my age group is home alot with the kids...
so for me, it helps to have many...for the reason of shift work....
