Day and Night - Good and Bad - Ups and Downs - Winter and Summer.
Without one, how would we recognise the other. If it didn't get soooo cold in Winter, would I really appreciate Summer.
Being sober and clean, doesn't mean that the 'Bad' and the 'Down' times will dissappear. Cleaning up my life just helped me to shorten these times and give me the ability to deal with them better
