On my drive home tonight from work, I was reminding myself that after awhile the tape aka behaviors seem like a distant memory. I do remember thinking " it wasn't that bad". It really was that bad, has always been that bad and will always be a beast that wins the battle every round. Tonight I am staying out of the drunk ring and hangin out on SR. Seems like a great plan to me.
