Congratulations on Day 6! I'll be there in 2 days time, but I hope I never catch you up.
Sleep can only improve the longer you stay sober if you think about it. Without all that added poison in out streams, you'll become more sober and better at sleeping, you'll be a champ by the end!
Unfortunate about missing the meeting this morning, but it's done now - past! Focus on tomorrow and you can't lose.
