This is the best place for sub info...read it all, especially the forums.
Buprenorphine - Suboxone - Buprenorphine doctors - and opioid addiction resources from The National Alliance of Advocates for Buprenorphine Treatment

All doctors, and yes every single one that prescribes sub can have 2 patients that get their meds for free. Now the trick is to find a doctor because most do not want to be bothered, which is kinda sick if you ask me.

Medicaid will pay for sub treatment too from what I understand....again finding a doctor who participates is tough but they should cover meds even if the doctor doesn't take it ... and in some states like Kentucky they don't want to pay anymore, so I am not sure how this playing out in other states.

Then there is this...zero copay for the film for the rest of 2012...( now I know you don't have insurance but never know who is reading)
$0 copay* for SUBOXONE Film

So there are programs out there, you just got to keep looking and be diligent.

Good Luck!
