I remember my AA buddy, Mitch (who recently celebrated 46 yrs). saying to me one morning at a meeting years ago:
I asked how he was doing and he said "I fell off a 22' ladder yesterday"
I said "Oh, my God, are you OK ??!!"
"Yup" he said.. "I was only on the second rung"
