I dumped all my booze when I quit myself... a little over 3 months ago. It was the first time that instead of finishing everything that I decided to just quit BEFORE drinking it all. I think that is a good sign. I still have thoughts of alcohol from time to time but it is A LOT easier to handle now than it was in the first month or so.
