so....sober day 22. doing pretty well. not having much in the way of cravings, and am sponsored and home-grouped up
however,
I ITCH LIKE CRAZY!
i know that sounds nuts, but my legs and arms just itch like mad- i'll wake up in the night scratching myself til i've left a bruise...
i'm going to see my GP next week to get a full blood panel done, and i'll tell her about this. wondering if this could be part of recovery/ some kind of ongoing detox symptom?
anyone had experience with this?
