Back home and thankful
I am so thankful for this past weekend out of town. I had the hardest time of it Saturday night and I'm actually glad for it. I was so horribly down and just wanted to disapear but I stayed with myself, I came on here to write and reach out, I called my sponsor, and I cried...a lot. And the most important thing I learned is that those feelings didn't kill me. I am stronger than I think I am and with help I can get through these rough times. Thank you all for reminding me that there is a light, and that I won't always feel like I did that night. I will have 30 days on Thursday and I am so proud of myself.
