Hold on to that thought. He is no longer struggling with his addiction. He is at peace. The impact of a sudden death like this completely shakes your world. It feels like somehow the earth should stop spinning for a while to give us a chance to process what has happened.
Take care of you. And know that there are a whole lot of people here who are sending out thoughts of support and prayers for you and all of those who loved your husband.
