I practice this at night to help me sleep. I used to keep myself awake worrying about what i didn't do today and what i had to do tomorrow and lived in worry and sorrow. Now, i close my eyes, say tomorrow will come and i'll deal with it then and sleep soundly. Everyone needs that clock!
