Back but not from a binge
Hi guys. I've been gone a while. We have been joined in our household by our niece which has had an effect on my internet access. And just as importantly another of my sisters died last week. We are, of course, reeling.
But moving along. The upside is that since she is my second sister who had addiction problems and who died this year, I am taking a hard line on my health. I feel solid, even in this grief, and I appreciate that when I checked in here today there were messages waiting for me.
