Try and do something positive towards it every day epskie, but try not to stress about it too much, we can only do so much. Don't let anyone persuade you to take out a loan to consolidate your debts unless you have really checked it out and are certain it's the best thing to do. It's the kind of thing banks push on people. I set up another bank account to put my expendable income in, the bank helped me work out what my outgoings were and how much money to put into each account which was great because I absolutely hate this sort of stuff.
