Thank you, GB. I was stuck in the infinite loop of "I'll smoke while quitting drinking, I'll drink a little to keep the edge off while quitting smoking" and then ended up doing both at the same time. I'm finding that a single effort to get clean completely is easier than maintaining one vice over the other.
