Hi everyone! Day 4.
I said I would try to go through the month of May sober...not sure if that is a good strategy (as opposed to just stamping the word forever in my head), but I lasted 24 days last time and...well. sigh...trying to beat that and get healthier in the Spring.
Anyway...here I am and thought I'd join the May group!
