Typically 5-6 days a week, 10-12 beers, every night, heavier on Fri, Sat and Sun. I'm 30 now. Have drank like this for almost a year. Before that was 3-4 nights a week of heavy drinking since I was 22, once a weekend from 20-21. NONE before that lol. Still trying to quit
Tomorrow is day 1...again, but I have a good feeling this time it will stick.
