The more you put into your recovery the less you will have cravings (ideally). I started to have less cravings when I started changing my patterns. If you sit in the house all day chances are you'll have more cravings then someone who is planning things to do with their day. I always try to keep busy, plan short term goals, clean, and make sure to have reliable sober friends to call/hang out with. With recovery comes a whole new way of life that you should take full advantage of.
I also keep a list of all the reasons why I stay sober so if a craving arises I have a list to remind me of all the reasons why I quit.
