Night time is so hard for me...im anxious ,sad, sweating...my body aches and once again im afraid to go to sleep.my cision has been weird, my heart is racing and i am full of fear
All is want is to feel better and live a healthy life
Feeling like its never gonna happen ...but i havent had a drink which is a good thing
