for whom, IAmAbstinent? For you, or for your Beast? You are just listening to music, enjoying yourself. Your Beast, however, is feeling deprived, pining for the good old days when you fed it. Remember, you are not IT, and IT is not you. It takes no effort to sit there listening to music and to do nothing but enjoy. Don't fight it, just recognize it. Separation is the key.
