A few years later he called me in college and told me I should have never been born, that they should have aborted me, etc. So, technically, I don't trust ANY active alcoholics based on my past experience.
That is a horrible thing to say to your child, but I have learned that what the A says to someone is the reflection of what they think of themselves.
