There sure are some different opinions about eating. One of my doctors told me to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dinner like a peasant! Amother told me eating five to six small meals a day was best. A nosh here, a nosh there.
One of my old roommates who was into nutrition had a whole food combining thing. Something about eating carbs in the morning for a slow burn all day. Not eating fruit on top of starches. I never understood it but she was toned, fit and healthy!
My favorite doctor, the one I trust the most, told me the single most important thing to health was maintaining a regular routine for sleeping and eating. Eat at the same times and going to bed and get up at the same times. And make your bed. LOL
